Sawcut and remove existing concrete slab for excavation to access and replace approximately 50 feet of buried sewerline, reconnect in-floor heat tubing, and pour concrete patch. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). All questions and comments to be in writing and sent to chris.capps@alaska.gov SCOPE OF WORK 4.1 Replace approximately 50 ft of 4-inch sewer line beneath the Multi-Purpose Room. 4.2 Install new piping including: 4.2.1 One 90-degree change in direction (two 45-degree fittings). 4.2.2 Two 4x4x2 wye junctions for 2-inch branch lines. 4.2.3 One replacement 4-inch cleanout with brass cap. 4.3 Replace 2-inch branch piping as needed to reconnect to 4 inch line. 4.4 Replace bedding materials and back fill trench. 4.5 Replace floor slab section and repair in -floor heating lines
