The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineer's Estimate $50,000 to $90,000 The Work under this contract includes movement of furniture, equipment, and office items from temporary work locations at the Parkway Building located at 440 Church Street SE and the Broadway Building at 2850 Broadway Street NE and into the Salem Civic Center building at 555 Liberty Street SE. Requests for changes to the Contract Documents must be delivered in writing to the Contracts and Procurement Manager at contracts@cityofsalem.net not less than ten days prior to date indicated in the Invitation to Bid for the receipt of Bids.
