The Project consists new steel reinforced aluminum entrance vestibule system, ceiling work, lighting replacement, exterior pavement, steel tube column with concrete pier and footing, and coordination of security and communications equipment installation and associated work as identified in the construction documents to allow for safe visitor check-in at the school's main point of entry. All work must be completed in phases as indicated on the drawings to allow for minimal disruption of school activities and operations. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. Plumbing: Do not alter existing system, keeping existing in operation. HVAC: Do not alter existing system, keep existing in operation. D. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. E. F. Fire Alarm: Do not alter existing system, keep existing in operation. Architectural Finishes: Remove, replace, and patch ceilings & walls. Paint as required, and as indicated on drawings. The project scope is to provide secure access to the building through replacement of existing door and storefront assemblies and updating of access control system as well as entrance communications equipment. The following Scope includes but is not limited to Replace existing Doors and framing as indicate in plans. Adding window security films on all glazing as indicated in plans. Updating access control and entrance communications equipment as indicated on plans.
