The work consists principally of providing bonds, plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the Lower Harbor ODMDS Dredging in Mobile, Alabama. The scope of work performed will include dredging to a depth of -50 feet (-54 with maintenance and allowable ovedredging). The location of this work is at the Alabama Port Authority (APA) Lower Harbor. All dredging will be performed, confirmed, and paid as per high frequency, third- party, hydrographic surveying, west zone NAD 83 at MLLW. This work will consist of dredging approximately 235,000 cubic yards of material at a performance rate of 12,000 cubic yards per day. This specific volume of material is not a guarantee of the amount of contractual work; this is only a basis for bid evaluation. Bonds: $10,000 Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
