Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Skokie, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary to inspect, correct, and verify the existing flue/chimney system serving the following equipment. Two (2) A. O. Smith Cyclone condensing water heaters, each rated at 499,900 BTU/h input. Two (2) AERCO Benchmark 3000 condensing boilers, each rated at 3,000,000 BTU/h input. The existing system has deficiencies involving flue connections and fasteners within the chimney, condensate drainage and neutralization, and the chimney roof termination. The Contractor shall correct these deficiencies and provide a complete, operational , code-compliant, and manufacturer-compliant system.
