The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit sealed statements of qualification from experienced firms to establish a contract for Architectural & Engineering Services for El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center ("Hospital District, University Medical Center, Owner or Hospital"). The selection of the firm(s) will be at the sole discretion of University Medical Center and will be based on University Medical Center's sole opinion about which firm best meets the needs and requirements of University Medical Center. The services contemplated under this solicitation are for Architectural & Engineering services to perform a multidisciplinary Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and acquisition due diligence assessment of an existing three-story medical office property in El Paso, Texas. The assessment is intended to identify existing physical deficiencies, deferred maintenance, material acquisition risks, and anticipated capital requirements. This RFQ is for professional assessment services, not a general renovation design assignment. Reference Exhibit B for additional information.
