The parking garage will extend above the retail space along Main Street. The garage is not anticipated to extend above the retail space along 9th Street. The retail spaces along both streets are anticipated to be double-height spaces. The parking structure is currently anticipated to be constructed primarily as a precast concrete structure. The exterior architectural treatment and overall appearance are intended to be commensurate with the conceptual renderings included in the project materials presented to the Georgetown City Council in May 2026. 3. Preliminary Project Yield Early yield studies indicate that the project may include approximately: 168,000 square feet of structured parking. Up to 448 parking spaces. 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space along 9th Street and Main Street. These quantities are preliminary and will be confirmed and adjusted as the design is refined. The final parking count, parking area, and retail area will depend on the completed structural layout, circulation, access, building systems, and other project requirements.
