Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Edison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Wood Avenue Pump Station Replacement The purpose of this contract is for all work related to the replacement of the Wood Avenue Pump Station located in Edison New Jersey. The project scope features the demolition of the existing pump station and installation of a new pump station, including a new precast wet well & valve chamber, pump station control building, a permanent emergency bypass skid, emergency generator, an extension of the existing gravity sewer and force main, and all associated appurtenances. Site improvements including a new access driveway, chain-link fence, and site lighting are also included. Project is to be completed within 450 Calendar Days after contract award and receipt of the notice to proceed. Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Township of Edison" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. Township of Edison reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
