Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Scope of Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, obtaining all applicable permits, providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services to perform the repair work as shown on the drawings and specifications, and as described herein. The project generally consists of the repair of one (1) precast wall panel, and two (2) precast riser panels. The new wall panel, rise panel, and column details shall match the details of the existing wall elements, no exceptions. All work is to be constructed in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Bid documents. Location of Project: 9380 NW 33rd Manor, Sunrise FL 33351 M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
