The Pasco Sheriff's Office ("PSO") invites interested contractors, companies, partnerships, and/or firms, hereinafter referred to as Proposers, to submit proposals for PSO's F1RST Forensics Building Drywall, Insulation, and Suspended Acoustical Ceiling Installation. Contractor shall furnish all labor to install all aspects of drywall and suspended acoustical ceiling system as per drawings. Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, scaffolding/lifts and supervision necessary to complete the drywall hanging, taping, finishing and texturing and the installation of all ceiling systems in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, Florida Building Code and manufacturers' installation guidelines. Pasco Sheriff's office will furnish all required materials, including: Drywall Materials 5/8" type X Gypsum or tile backer board as required. Moisture/mold resistant Gypsum boards. Self-tapping drywall screws and fasteners. Galvanized angle beads. Fiberglass mesh/paper tape. All purpose drywall joint compound. Fire caulking. Insulation Material Soundproofing insulation. Acoustical Ceilings Material Suspension framework, main and cross tees. Perimeter trims. Hanging hardware, wire, and fasteners.
