Question Deadline 11/04/2026 at 1:00 PM ET Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted electronically. The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is soliciting proposals from prime contractors to provide services generally relating to abatement, selective dem development and property stabilizations as set forth in the Scope of Services (the Services) (see Attachment E). Services will be for properties identifie selected under the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative ("BVRI"), formerly known as Project CORE, (the "Program"). Specifically, MSA is seeking for Services for the properties identified in Attachment M. Provision of abatement, selective demolition, and property stabilization services for residential properties identified under the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative (BVRI). Set-asides: 35% MBE, 35% MBE.
