Installation of 800 square feet of Natural Oak LVP flooring including underlayment, transition materials, and cove base, along with toilet removal and replacement in the bathroom of a two-bedroom housing unit. Installation of Natural Oak LVP (including adhesive for LVP) throughout the two-bedroom unit, approximately 800 square feet. Color: To be selected by FMHA. Thickness: 2 mm. Plank: Square edges. Installation Method: Glue-down. Finish: Urethane finish. Underlayment: To be installed for floor leveling. Size: 4' x 5', 6 mm, 5-ply. Transition Materials: To be installed. Cove Base: To be installed (including adhesive for cove base). Color: To be selected by FMHA to match the selected LVP. Bathroom: Remove and replace the toilet with a new wax ring and bolts supplied by the contractor. Contractor Responsibilities: Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of all trash and removed materials. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to complete the project. Contractor is responsible for traffic control during the project. Contractor is responsible for following safe work practices while performing this work. Contractor is responsible for obtaining a City of Fairmont Building Permit. IV. No Obligation FMHA reserves the right to: (1) Evaluate the proposals submitted. (2) Waive any irregularities therein.
