The project consists of remove and replace existing 21" RCP storm drain with 24" x 38" oval RCP and two (2) inlet structures to include all materials, equipment, labor, , restoration, and maintenance of traffic (including temporary tum arounds and detour), clearing & grubbing, erosion control measures, construction dewatering, excavation, fill, compaction, drainage, curb, gutter, pavement restoration, site restoration, testing, and ancillary improvements as well as compliance with the associated specifications and local ordinances (requirement for placement in the dry and noise ordinances will result in dewatering and a muffler on the dewatering pump). The Village of Royal Palm Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids/Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive minor variations to specifications, informalities, irregularities and technicalities, and/or to accept any Bids/Proposals that in its sole judgement and opinion will be in the best interest of the Village of Royal Palm Beach.
