Maintenance dredging of Jacksonville Harbor, Florida, including dredging of maintenance material within approximately 20 miles of the federal navigation channel. Work requires hopper and/or pipeline/mechanical dredges capable of dredging to depths of approximately -47 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW), including required advanced maintenance and allowable over-depth areas. Dredged material must be transported and placed at designated disposal locations, including the upland Dredged Material Placement Area (DMPA) at Bartram Island Cell F and the Jacksonville Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) Release Zone C1 located approximately six nautical miles offshore. Services include dredging, transportation, and placement of dredged sediments from designated channel reaches, with transport distances ranging from local placement areas to offshore disposal locations. The work is divided into a base requirement and five option areas. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the maintenance dredging operations, including compliance with environmental restrictions and completion of all work within specified performance periods. Work within the Outstanding Florida Waters (OFW) reach between Cut-17 Station 0+00 and Cut-41 Station 20+00 must be completed no later than May 20, 2027. Location: Jacksonville Harbor, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Dredged material placement will occur at Bartram Island Dredged Material Placement Area (Jacksonville, FL) and the Jacksonville Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site located offshore in the Atlantic Ocean.
