Replacement of the building automation system at the Kentucky Career Center. The City solicits Proposals for a complete replacement of the obsolete Carrier building automation controls serving the Kentucky Career Center at 1324 Madison Avenue, Covington KY 41011. The new building automation system shall provide reliable direct digital control of the eight (8) existing rooftop units and associated variable-volume zones, a web-based operator interface, graphical floor plans and equipment displays, scheduling, alarming, trending, and the ability to support secure remote access through a City approved network connection.
