Renovation of a municipal facility in Newport, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Field measure and verify each opening and existing condition before ordering materials. Remove existing window/glazing components as required while protecting adjacent masonry, finishes, furnishings, and occupied areas. Furnish and install five (5) complete arched Low-E window assemblies. Provide all framing, trim , flashing, sealants, weatherproofing, fasteners, blocking, and accessories necessary for a secure and watertight installation. Seal the full perimeter of each window to prevent air and water infiltration. Repair minor finishes disturbed by installation. Report any substantial masonry or structural repair need to the County before performing extra work. Coordinate scheduling, access, lifts/scaffolding, and safety measures with the County so courthouse and court operations are protected. Remove and legally dispose of demolished materials and debris and clean the work area and new glass at completion. Removal and replacement of courtroom windows at the Cocke County Courthouse.
