Rehabilitation and upgrade of Plant No. 11 Booster Pump Station, including replacement of booster pumping equipment, finished water piping, electrical service and distribution improvements, emergency generator replacement, HVAC improvements, and site civil improvements. The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate and upgrade Plant No. 11 Booster Pump Station for the South Huntington Water District, located at 35 Reservoir Road, Melville, New York. The work includes replacement and upgrade of booster pumping equipment, finished water piping and appurtenances, electrical service and distribution improvements, emergency generator replacement, HVAC improvements, site civil improvements, and associated building modifications, as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein.. B. All work shown and specified in the Contract Documents shall be the work of this Construction Contract. The Owner does not anticipate awarding other prime contracts for the project as shown. This Section provides an abbreviated summary of the work for the Construction Contract associated with the Owner's capital improvement program for Plant No. 11. This summary is intended to be descriptive and is not all-inclusive. C. D. Each Contractor has been provided with copies of all relevant Contract Drawings and Specifications for this Project and shall review and coordinate all Work accordingly. 1. The Contractor shall provide a fully complete, operable, tested, and commissioned facility as required by the Contract Documents. 2. It is the Contractor's responsibility to investigate the Work of others, existing conditions, and operational constraints and to consider such impacts in the execution of the Work.
