The CFAES Department is seeking a supplier who can provide all services required for the site preparation and installation of a new 80’ wide by 210’ Agriculture equipment storage building. The building will be built utilizing Ag Exempt procedures and approved through Madison County. An 80’ wide by 210’ long building structure that is a ‘hybrid’ type structure consisting of rigid K truss main frames, constructed with steel angle shapes, and wood secondary members spanning between trusses. CFAES has coordinated with FDC to establish guidelines for building evaluation, project coordination protocols, and project management processes. Where applicable, these guidelines are intended to facilitate the use of agricultural exemptions to reduce administrative barriers, streamline permitting and oversight requirements, and better align project delivery with CFAES operational needs. Bid alternate for a 15’x78’4” concrete pad (It is called out on drawings) 6" Concrete Pad with #4 Rebar @ 16" O.C. Over 6 Mil.
