Work is to be based on drawings and project manual entitled "Mills/Jarrett Building Elevator Modernization" dated October 12, 2026, and subsequent addendum as may be issued by the architect during the bidding phase of the project. 2. The work includes the complete modernization of (3) three existing hydraulic elevators in the Mills/Jarrett Building. This includes, but is not limited to, materials, labor, and installation of new and upgraded elevator controls, pumping units, operating and signaling equipment, door operators, wiring, oil lines, safety devices, and other associated elevator equipment within the machine rooms, hoistways, pits, and elevator cabs. Work also includes new cab finishes and flooring, repairs to elevator lobby and machine room finishes, and associated architectural , mechanical, and electrical work. Mechanical improvements include new HVAC systems serving the elevator machine rooms. The work shall also include all required testing, permits, inspections, and incidental work necessary to provide complete and operational elevator systems.
