Site work and paving for a civil project in Union Vale, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
According to information provided by Colliers Engineering & Design, it is our understanding that the proposed project will consist of complete replacement of the existing culvert. It is anticipated that the new culvert will be a three-sided, concrete rigid frame with foundations bearing on bedrock. It is also anticipated that the new foundations will be keyed or doweled into bedrock for additional sliding resistance. The Town of washington will accept sealed bids for Oak Summit Road Sprout Creek Culvert replacement, Set-asides: 6% MBE, 12% WBE. Question Deadline 11/10/2026 Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to Colliers Engineering & Design either through email at joseph.heffernan@collierseng.com or by telephone at (518) 807 - 6168. Bidders shall promptly notify Joseph Heffernan of any errors, omissions, conflicts or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within 7 days of bid opening.
