Site work for a municipal facility in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Chamber seeks materials, equipment and labor to fabricate and install wayfinding signage in the City of Ithaca, New York. Bids are requested to perform the above-titled component of the project as described in the attached project manual and drawings. The contractor shall be responsible for compliance with applicable codes and regulations regarding this work. These include but are not limited to New York State, Tompkins County, City of Ithaca and OSHA. Section 2 Schedule The work is expected to commence on November 4, 2026, with all components expected to be completed no later than December 31, 2026. A work schedule will be reviewed with all contractors prior to work commencing. All work must be completed by the mutually agreed upon dates, unless the time is extended by mutual agreement.
