Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of existing rectangular manhole structure precast concrete lids with new hatches or round frames and covers cast in a precast concrete lid, including cleaning, preparation, and application of an internal lining product at four locations within private property easements. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 26-21A Sheets 1-7), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include replacement of existing rectangular manhole structure precast concrete lids with new hatches or round frames and covers cast in a precast concrete lid, cleaning, preparation and application of an internal lining product in the structure at four locations on private property within an easement. Question Submission Deadline:November 4, 2026, 5:00pm Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of the City by submission of a written request to the City for an interpretation or correction.
