In addition, the work shall include an alternate Al for insertion valves on 2nd and Maple streets if accepted by the owner. Furnish and Install Insertion Valve on Existing Water Main, Complete In Place. 7TH Street 12-Inch Valve. (Contractor to verify) 8-Inch Ductile Iron Pipe with Aggregate Backfill. 4-Inch Ductile Iron Pipe with Aggregate Backfill. Furnish and Install 6-Inch Ductile Iron Pipe and Fittings in Unpaved Areas, Complete In Place Existing Valve Box to be Removed, Complete In Place. 3/4-Inch Service Reconnection. Provide without additional compensation, any apparatus, material and labor not specifically mentioned in specifications or indicated on Drawings, that is necessary to complete or perfect any portion of work in a substantial manner and in compliance with requirements implied or intended in these Contract Documents. This includes materials, devices or methods peculiar to the apparatus or system provided. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
