Renovation of a military facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replace the existing roof system at the Denver Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC), including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related construction services necessary to complete the roof replacement project. Work shall be coordinated and phased to avoid interference with ongoing facility operations and must be performed in coordination with the Facility Manager or designated representative. The contractor shall be responsible for all associated construction activities, project management, safety requirements, and incidental work necessary for a complete and functional roof replacement in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Construction completion is required within 540 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
