Upgrade of a passenger elevator at the Keyes Building. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). This Project is described as general construction work for renovating and rehabilitating the existing passenger elevator in the Keyes Building. 1. Renovation and rehabilitation of the existing passenger elevator will include: a. New Hydraulic Pump Unit - motor shall be 208/3ph, 100 Amp maximum. b. New Main Controller. c. New Electrical Power Disconnect with shunt-trip breaker. d. New 20 Amp Disconnect, located in the Elevator Equipment Room, to serve 120V to the Passenger Cab/Car. e. New Cab/Car Control Panel with Stainless Steel Panel and Jambs. h. New Emergency Phone in Cab/Car. i. New Card Swipe Reader for Ready Secure Access to Basement Level in Cab/Car. j. New required Relays, Conduits, Control Wire, Electrical Power Equipment, etc., to ensure a fully functional Elevator System at the completion of the Renovation and Rehabilitation Project. k. New Plastic Laminate Wall Panels in Cab/Car, as selected by Owner and installed by licensed Elevator Personnel. l. New LVT Flooring in Cab/Car, as selected by Owner and installed by licensed Elevator Personnel. m. New six-panel LED Ceiling Lighting System in Cab/Car, installed by licensed Elevator Personnel. n. Fire Alarm interface with the new shunt-trip breaker in the main power disconnect. o. All Hoistway Elevator Doors to Remain in Place and In Operation. p. Repaint all Existing Hoistway Elevator Door Steel Frames.
