Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 23,170-square-foot municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The Work is described in the Construction Drawings, attached hereto as Exhibit A, consisting of thirty-five (35) pages, and the Specifications, attached hereto as Exhibit B, consisting of forty-nine (49) pages, both incorporated herein by this reference. The Work consists of construction of a new horse stall facility and the relocation of current horse stalls, and the construction of a new storage facility for the Laramie County Events at Archer. The Storage building is approximately 10,500 square feet and the Horse Stall building is approximately 23,170 square feet. Both buildings will be Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings with site work and all appurtenances. Contractor will be responsible for supply and construction of all site work, landscaping, utilities, footings, foundations, flatwork, PEMB, framing, insulation, overhead doors, metal doors, frames and hardware, mechanical , electrical and plumbing shown. Construction of a new horse stall facility, relocation of existing horse stalls, and construction of a new 10,500 sq. ft. storage facility. Both are Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). Scope includes site work, landscaping, utilities, footings, foundations, flatwork, framing, insulation, overhead and metal doors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
