Cold milling and resurfacing existing and deteriorated pavement with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), concrete patch repairs, and crack repairs at various locations. The scope of this project is to cold mill and resurface sections of existing and deteriorated pavement with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) throughout various locations on local and major streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Warren. The Contractor will be required to perform concrete patch repairs as well as crack repairs using HMA applied by the hand patching method. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren standards.
