Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to have a current Class C-39 - Roofing Contractor's License. Contractor must be a certified installer of Garland Roofing products; proof of Garland certification specific to this bid shall be attached . Certification may be obtained by contacting Tony DeMartinis at tdemartinis@garlandco.com. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Barbara Howard, Director, Procurement & Contracts Services.
