The City of Kingman Parks & Recreation Department is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of three existing public restrooms located at Centennial Park. The goal of the project is to modernize the existing restroom facilities, improve durability, enhance user experience, and address accessibility, safety, and maintenance concerns. Demolition Remove existing restroom fixtures, accessories, and finishes as required oRemove and dispose of demolition materials Protect surrounding park facilities and public areas o Maintain a clean and safe work area Plumbing o Remove and replace existing plumbing fixtures o Install new commercial-grade stainless steel fixtures o Replace faucets, valves, flush valves, and associated components Repair plumbing deficiencies discovered during construction (with City approval) Electrical Replace existing lighting with LED fixtures o Replace switches, sensors, and electrical components as required o Ensure all electrical work meets current code requirements Flooring Remove existing flooring where required Install new durable, slip-resistant flooring suitable for high-use public restroom Walls & Ceilings Repair damaged surfaces Prepare and paint walls and ceilings Doors & Hardware Repair or replace doors as needed Replace damaged hardware Ensure ADA accessibility requirements are met Question Deadline 11/18/2026 at 12:00 PM MT
