Provide independent third-party commissioning services for a project involving the replacement and repair of roofing and lightning protection systems at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and Fort Thomas campuses. Services include comprehensive commissioning of approximately 231,000 square feet of roofing and lightning protection improvements across multiple buildings and trailers. The Commissioning Agent will perform all required commissioning activities to verify that systems are installed, tested, and operating in accordance with project requirements and design intent. Work covers buildings 1, 2, 3, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, and associated trailers at the main Cincinnati campus, as well as buildings 64, 117, and trailers at the Fort Thomas campus. Location: Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220; and Fort Thomas VA Campus, 1000 South Fort Thomas Avenue, Fort Thomas, KY 41075.
