Renovation of a military facility in Richmond, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Perform smoke testing and hydro jetting of the Drain, Waste, and Vent (DWV) systems serving Buildings B34 and B42 at Defense Supply Center Richmond. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the statement of work and contract requirements. The project is intended to identify deficiencies and verify the integrity and performance of the sanitary drainage and vent systems through smoke testing and hydro jet cleaning operations. The contract includes all work necessary to complete the required testing, cleaning, documentation, and any related activities needed to support the evaluation of the DWV systems. The period of performance is 60 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Location: Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297. Questions are due on November 12, 2026, end of day.
