Description

Renovation of a military facility in Riverside, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide all plant, labor, new and current materials, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary to replace six HVAC rooftop package heat pump units on existing curbs at Building 2275. Work includes replacement of disconnect switches and conduit, salvaging and reinstalling Automated Logic Control boards into the new units, and demonstrating system functionality at the EMSC workstation in Building 2276. The contractor shall reconnect the units to the fire alarm room smoke-detection shutdown system and perform testing in the presence of the Base Fire Department. Additional requirements include providing flashing as required, commissioning services, and a five-year full warranty covering parts and labor. The contractor shall also prepare and submit a crane lift plan, including required aviation and airspace coordination documentation, submit the FAA 7460-1 notification, obtain FAA approval, and account for the required review period. The anticipated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
