RST #26-65 Remove and replace deck/ramp decking boards and install metal hand railing and metal spindles at the following locations: Mission 3 Head start center, 143 west Omaha St. Mission, S.D. Parmelee Early Head Start 411 S First St. Parmelee, S.D. Rosebud Head Start 28622 BIA 1 Rosebud, S.D. Arrow Head start, 124 West 6th St, White River S.D. Remove and replace existing deck/ramp decking boards and replace with pressure treated lumber, convert existing hand railing to metal handrail. Ramp/Deck/Steps will only be replaced at the front of the buildings. Parmelee EHS will need a different ramp layout, and the ramp will need to end at the existing concrete sidewalk. Rosebud Head start- The ramp will need to be widened to accommodate a 36" inch wide grocery cart. Contractor will be responsible for removing all construction materials. Contractor will need to make a site visit for measurements of the deck project. All materials & labor cost must be include and one year warranty on all deck projects. Indian Preference: TECRO Ordinance No. 86-03 for Indian Preference in the selection process will be adhered to.
