Family Site: Located in and around 335 S. Mitchell St., Conway, AR 72034 - 91 units Oakwood Place Apartments: 1701 Hairston St., Conway, AR 72034 - 62 units Work may include, as applicable: Troubleshooting and repair or replacement of defective wiring, receptacles, switches, breakers, panels, disconnects, junction boxes, conduit, grounding, GFCI/AFCI devices, fixtures, and related electrical components. Correction of electrical safety and code deficiencies identified by CHA, NSPIRE inspections, licensed inspectors, or applicable code authorities. Furnishing and installing hard-wired, interconnected, combination of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in all public housing units, as required by applicable codes. Work includes replacement of deficient devices; all associated wiring, boxes, power connections, interconnection, backup power, testing, and labeling; and coordination of required permits and inspections. All alarms shall be listed, compatible, and installed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer instructions. Installation of compatible, code-compliant materials and equipment; all work shall be neat, complete, and properly labeled where appropriate. Protection of residents, staff, and property; daily cleanup; debris disposal ; and repair of damage caused by the contractor's work. Obtaining permits and arranging required inspections . The contractor shall provide CHA with inspection approvals, warranties, product information, and closeout documentation. Immediate written notification to CHA of concealed conditions, additional deficiencies, or required work outside Attachment A before performing extra work.
