This report will be used to obtain funding needed to complete identified projects in the engineering report. The City of Marne is requesting qualifications for engineering services to assist with a project seeking funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) as well as the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
