Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following The work includes demolition and removal of the existing shed, wooden deck, wood debris, and miscellaneous site debris, as well as reducing the existing foundation walls to a minimum depth of 600 mm below grade and backfilling with imported common fill. Existing services are to be capped and abandoned in place, erosion and sediment control measures installed as required, and all disturbed areas restored with topsoil and hydroseeding. All other related work as shown on the Drawings and as described in these Specifications, and any other work required for the proper completion and operation of the facilities covered by this Contract, whether or not specifically noted. Under this contract, the demolition contractor shall remove and hand over to the owner all timber/wood piles, and properly dispose of all garbage, construction materials, and debris located within the project area.
