Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Swan Lake, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Construction of the Snow Removal Equipment Building Addition for more space for snow removal equipment and airport related machinery. The current SRE building is at max capacity with current airport equipment and machinery, with our grader parked outside. We will be adding an additional plow truck and brine truck to our fleet within the next two years, so the lack of available space will become an increased issue. Additional justification for an addition to the existing Snow Removal Equipment Building can be found within FAR 139.313 additions to the Snow Removal Plan and in FAR 139.337 in the Wildlife Management Plan. The project is included in the County 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 26,2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
