It operates a variety of conservation areas, totaling about 4,732 hectares within its 474 square kilometer watershed in the Hamilton area. The Hamilton Region Conservation Authority (HRCA) is inviting interested and qualified firms to submit a quotation for the safe demolition of a single-story bungalow at 174 Ridge Road, Hamilton at the south side of Ridge Road adjacent to the Devil's Punchbowl Conservation Area. The building is owned by the HRCA and is currently used as staff office space; however, the building will be vacated in November 2026.
