Provide indoor firing range cleaning services for an indoor firing range associated with the 115th Fighter Wing. Services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and include all cleaning, inspection, preventive maintenance, testing, documentation, reporting, consumables, and support activities required to maintain the range and related systems. The range does not currently use, and has not historically used, lead ammunition; therefore, recommended cleaning methods, safety measures, waste-handling procedures, and maintenance practices should account for a non-lead environment. Interested firms should demonstrate their capability and experience performing indoor firing range cleaning services, identify whether work will be self-performed or subcontracted, provide applicable business-size and socioeconomic status information, and review the PWS for clarity, feasibility, and consistency with customary commercial practices. Feedback is requested regarding recommended revisions, potential risks, omitted services, required qualifications or certifications, information needed for accurate pricing and performance, and any modifications that should be made based on the range's non-lead ammunition history. Respondents should also indicate their interest in participating in a pre-solicitation site visit to observe facility conditions and obtain information relevant to the anticipated requirement.
