Furnish all supervision, engineering, labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to design, manufacture, test, deliver, remove, install, commission, and place into commercial operation two (2) digital static excitation systems for the Tenkiller Ferry Powerhouse. Work includes preparation of design drawings and data; manufacture and shop testing of the excitation systems; furnishing power potential transformers for each system; delivery to the project site; removal and disposal of two existing excitation systems, including cabinets and associated equipment; installation of the new systems; and furnishing and installation of all required wire, cable, bus, conduit, meters, switches, anchorage, and related appurtenances. The work also includes equipment model validation testing for two generating units, preparation of test reports, final operation and maintenance documentation, as-built drawings, collector ring inspections, optional collector ring refurbishment if approved by the Government, installation of new safety railings on top of the generator housing and generator floor, and all required concrete demolition and repair activities necessary to support the installation. The contractor shall provide a complete, fully functional, tested, and commissioned excitation system replacement in accordance with the project specifications and design requirements.
