SCOPE OF WORK Springfield Utility Board (SUB) seeks a contractor to install underground facilities consisting of conduit runs and installation of seven 4x4 concrete vaults with lids at multiple locations between 66th and 69th street from B to C Streets. All work is within Public Utility Easements and SUB specific easements. Location: 1. 6644 C Street - Bore in one 2 inch conduit, approximately 470 feet, from vault 26A036 located at 6644 C Street to vault 77E109 located at the southwest corner of 412 67th Street. Make vault penetrations and blow in mule tape. 2. 6601 C Street - Bore in one 3 inch conduit, approximately 70 feet, from vault 77F039 located Southwest of 6601 C Street to junction box 77J025 located near the Southeast corner of the same lot. Install elbow with bell end , make vault penetration and blow in mule tape. 6601 C Street - Bore in one 3 inch conduit, approximately 130 feet, from vault 77F039 located Southwest of 6601 C Street to vault 77E124 located in the Southeast corner of 6617 C Street. Make vault penetrations and blow in mule tape. 3. 374 67th Street - Bore in one 2 inch conduit, approximately 330 feet, from vault 77E123 in the Southwest corner of 374 67th Street to 335 67th Street. Then cut and trench North across the driveway, approximately 25 feet, to the Southwest corner of 367 67th Street and install one 4x4 concrete vault (24A020) and lid . Repair concrete, make vault penetrations and blow in mule tape. 4. 367 67th Street - Bore in one 3 inch conduit, approximately 85 feet, from vault 24A020 in the Southwest corner of 367 67th Street to vault 77E122 in the Southeast corner of the same property. Make vault penetrations and blow mule tape. 367 67th Street - Bore in one 2 inch conduit, approximately 240 feet, from vault 24A020 to vault 24A019 in the Southwest corner of 6803 C Street.
