Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Installation of a new pool filtration system for the City of Willoughby. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The work shall consist of removal of old equipment, furnishing all materials, installation of new filtration system and initial start- up of the filtration system as herein specified. The Bid SHALL NOT EXCEED the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000) for the total cost proposed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Installation shall be completed no later than April 23, 2027. Since this is an outdoor pool, initial start-up will not be until May 10, 2027. The site's current system has four (4) SFV-54 Miami Filters. The winning bid organization will remove the current filters and any plumbing included in the project. Please see photos below
