Construct a new addition to the existing facility to provide space for physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic, and related clinical services. The project includes construction of approximately 14,080 gross square feet of new building area, integration and interconnection of the addition with the existing medical facility, and modifications necessary to support continued facility operations. Work also includes minor alterations to the existing MRI building to maintain access and functionality during construction. Renovation of the existing physical therapy space is not included in the project scope. magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00.
