The project consists of two Work Scopes, 01 Mechanical (district code 1356) and 02 Electrical (district code 1360) for all the work necessary for upgrading the existing mechanical systems and providing a new generator as described in the bidding documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base Bid submitted, made payable to the owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted Bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the Work contemplated therein. Upon award of Contract, Contractor shall provide AIA A312 Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of Contract Sum in accordance with General Conditions and Amendments to General Conditions. Work will begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. The anticipated award date is December 16th 2026. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The onsite work will begin on the premises no later than May 31st 2027. Owner requires all work to be substantially by August 21st 2027 Estimated Value: WS 1 Mechanical $800,000.00 and WS 2 Electrical $170,000.00
