The call for tenders is divided into two (2) separate lots: Lot 1: Saint-Hyacinthe Campus Lot 2: La Pocatiere Campus The work may include renovations, redevelopment, asset maintenance, repairs, upgrading and improvement of ITAQ's buildings, facilities and infrastructure. The contract is for an initial term of one (1) year and includes two (2) renewal options with a term of one (1) year each, at ITAQ's discretion. A tenderer may submit a tender for one or both lots. The ITAQ will proceed with the analysis and allocation of each lot independently.
