Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Murphysboro, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction of a new approximately 3,000 sq ft addition consisting of a commercial kitchen, serving area, office, janitor's closet, and teacher's lounge. Includes a new walk-in cooler/freezer unit, renovations to existing cafeteria and surrounding rooms, and classroom modifications to create new restrooms, along with site and utility work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Base Bid and Alternate Bids for (General Contract): 1. A new addition of approximately 3,000 sq ft consisting of a commercial kitchen, serving area, office, janitor's closet, and Teacher's Lounge. 2. A new walk-in cooler/freezer unit attached to the new addition. 3. Renovations to the existing cafeteria and surrounding rooms to increase the size of the existing cafeteria. 4. Renovations to existing classroom space to create new restrooms. 5. Site and utility modification work.
