Polk County, Parks & Natural Resources secured State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant Agreement # PP5028 for the construction of an ADA compliant floating dock with gangway at the Circle B Bar. The State grant and all grant requirements of the County (the "Subrecipient") are also applicable to the County's subcontractors (the "Vendor/Contractor"). The Grant Agreement is hereby incorporated into this Construction Quote and its resulting Award by reference. A copy of Agreement No. P5028 (Attachment "A") can be downloaded from our FTP site, follow the instructions on page 1 of this document. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, material, permitting and supervision for the construction of an ADA-Compliant Floating Dock with Gangway in accordance with project specifications and drawings outlined in this quote package. This project is intended to enhance accessibility and provide recreational fishing opportunities for users of all abilities. The dock shall be constructed using durable aluminum materials to ensure longevity and minimize maintenance requirements. Contractor and all its agents shall comply with all federal , state, and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers' compensation, licenses, and registration requirements.
