(approximately 1,290 to 1,548 housing units) TIMELINE: As of November 2, 2026, the data center plans have been withdrawn. Amazon has agreed to convey approximately 25 acres of land to the county to build an indoor sports and recreation facility as well as a community arts center. Amazon will retain ownership for the development of the housing and mixed-use portion of the project. Information regarding an architect or a general contractor has not been disclosed.
