Site work and new construction of a civil project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The installation of approximately 2,130 LF of 20" PVC sanitary forcemain, 410 LF of bore and jack across CSX and SR62, pump station site fencing and gates, and access road, in addition to all equipment and services required to complete this work. The Contract Documents, including the Plans and Specifications, are on file for public inspection at the North Wastewater Treatment Plant, 423 Lewman Way, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 or at the office of Jacobi , Toombs, and Lanz LLC. at 1829 E. Spring Street, Suite 201 New Albany, Indiana 47150 , by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling (812) 945-9585 . Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for review of the plans. Question Deadline 11/13/2026 All questions shall be directed in writing by email to Josh Darby, Jacobi, Toombs, and Lanz LLC., josh.darby@primeeng.com. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
