Recoating of an elevated water storage tank at Water Plant No 4.Question Deadline 11/13/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders desiring additional information or clarification of technical specifications, plans or other documents, must make requests for such information via OpenGov Procurement Portal Q&A Section, prior to seventy-two (72) hours before the bid closing time Should you have any questions or require additional information or clarification on information contained in the ITB, please submit your questions via OpenGov Procurement at the website listed above The project includes but is not limited to providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plans to construct the Base Bid of the project that includes, but is not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and planning to recoat the interior and exterior of the 1.0 MG Elevated Storage Tank located at Water Plant #4 (3720 Airport Avenue, Rosenberg, Texas 77471). Shrouding is required to protect adjacent equipment and properties. Included in the Base Bid are a list of repairs to be made to the tank and the placement of two logos on the tank exterior. The City of Rosenberg must approve the final layout, to be provided by the Contractor, of the logos prior to ordering stencils and/or placement on the tank. Also included are the disinfection of the tank and the completion of successful bacteriological sampling. A final inspection will be made after the completion of all work, and an 11-month warranty inspection is included, all of which is outlined in the Contract Documents and Specifications.
